We guarantee your satisfaction 100%. We make every effort to make and sell only the highest quality items. Our customers have come to expect outstanding service along with great products, thus, we make every effort to get your order to you in a timely manner and to answer each and every question you may have. If for any reason, we do not meet your expectations, (Please see below under Returns and Exchanges).

We ACCEPT the following forms of payment:

• Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Credit Card
• Money Orders
• Cashier's Checks
• Personal Checks (We wait five days for the check to clear before shipping items.)
• Debit Cards (Only with the Visa or Mastercard Logo)
• COD orders must be paid for by "Guaranteed Funds", this means by cashiers' check or money order.

A processing fee of $35.00 will be charged for any returned checks

SHIPPING INFORMATION AND BACKORDERS:

We make every effort to ship orders complete within 24 - 48 hours. Unfortunately, some items are very popular and may be out of stock. When an item is out of stock, we make every effort to restock the item in a timely manner. Sometimes it is impossible to get certain items quickly and we must ship the order as a partial. Backorders are shipped immediately upon receipt, at which time you are charged only for those items that are being shipped.

We use UPS ground for most of our shipments. For smaller items and overseas orders (including Canada), we use the United States Postal Service.

Shipping/Handling Rates:

Tents require an additional $5.00 for shipping that is included in the price of the tent(s) at the time of check-out

We can ship orders UPS or FEDEX Express for an additional fee. Please call the following number for details: (800) 929-1863.

Note: For overseas (including Canada) orders we use the United States Post Office, actual shipping charges apply.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

• All returns or exchanges must be pre-authorized by the management of Regimental Quartermaster prior to the return
• Used items, clearance and closeout items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Custom orders and firearms cannot be returned or exchanged
• Items must be returned within seven (7) days of purchase in new, unused condition with the original sales receipt. Items that have been worn or used my not be return or exchanged, or may be returned on a pro-rated basis at the sole discretion of the management.
• All sales of DVDs, PC games, CDs books or other electronic or print media are final.
• Returns are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.
• If the authorized return or exchange is due to customer error, shipping costs are not refundable. If the authorized return or exchange is due to an error on the part of Regimental Quartermaster then shipping cost will be covered by Regimental Quartermaster.
• Items damaged or destroyed in shipping are the responsibility of the carrier.
• Refunds will be given as store credit only, in the form of a gift certificate. No cash or credit card refunds will be given
• The ownership and management of Regimental Quartermaster, Gettysburg Emporium, Jeweler's Daughter and Arbor House reserve the right to change or alter the return policy at any time without notice.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:

If you receive an item damaged in shipping, DO NOT ship it back to The Regimental Quartermaster. You should call the delivery company. If you ship the item back to us before contacting us or the delivery company, your right to a replacement or refund will be waived.
