We guarantee your satisfaction 110%. We
make every effort to make and sell only the
highest quality items. Our customers have
come to expect outstanding service along
with great products, thus, we make every
effort to get your order to you in a timely
manner and to answer each and every
question you may have. If for any reason,
we do not meet your expectations, you are
entitled to a full refund of the purchase
price (Please see below under Returns
and Exchanges).

We ACCEPT

- Money Orders
- Cashier's Checks
- Personal Checks (We wait five days
for the check to clear before shipping
items.)
- Debit Cards (Only with the Visa or
Mastercard Logo)
- COD orders must be paid for by
"Guaranteed Funds", this means
by cashiers' check or money
order.
A processing fee of
$35.00 will be charged for any returned
checks
LAYAWAY:
We offer a layaway
program for all of the items we sell. To
put an item on Layaway, please call us at
(800) 929-1863. We require a non-refundable
deposit of 10% of the purchase price of the
item(s). We hold the item(s) for (up to)
one year. You can make payment arrangements
at the time of the Layaway. If at the end
of one year the item is not paid in full
(including shipping and handling charges)
we will refund you all monies you paid
excluding the 10% deposit and a $25.00
restocking fee
SHIPPING
INFORMATION AND BACKORDERS:
We make every effort to
ship orders complete within 24 - 48 hours.
Unfortunately, some items are very popular
and may be out of stock. When an item is
out of stock, we make every effort to
restock the item in a timely manner.
Sometimes it is impossible to get certain
items quickly and we must ship the order as
a partial. When this occurs you are only
billed for items that ship. You are only
charged shipping on the initial order. You
will not be charged to ship the backordered
items. Backorders are shipped immediately
upon receipt, at which time you are charged
only for those items that are being
shipped.
We use FEDEX ground for most of our
shipments. For smaller items and overseas
orders (including Canada), we use the
United States Postal Service.

We can ship orders FEDEX Express for an

Note: For overseas (including Canada)
orders, actual shipping charges
apply.
RETURNS AND
EXCHANGES:
Returns are subject to
a $25.00 restocking fee. Exchanges are made
free of charge.
Returns and exchanges must be made within
seven days after you receive the items.
You must have your invoice or receipt. All
returned and exchange items must be
returned in their original conditions.
Changes, alterations, or "worked
on" items will not be accepted for any
reason and no credit or exchange will be
given.
Returns: If for any reason
you are dissatisfied with an item, please
call the telephone number listed on your
invoice for a return approval. Upon
approval we will waive the restocking fee
and credit your shipping. All other returns
will be assessed on an individual
basis.
Exchanges: For an
exchange, please send the item to the
address listed on the invoice with a
detailed note and we will ship your item
back to you free of cost.
If you have any questions, concerns or
problems with your shipped order, please
contact us immediately at the telephone
number listed on your invoice.
We reserve the right to refuse any return
or exchange as we deem necessary.
DAMAGED
SHIPMENTS:
If you receive an item
damaged in shipping, DO NOT ship it
back to The Regimental Quartermaster. You
can either call us or call the delivery
company. If you call us we will call the
delivery company to come out and look at
the item. If you ship the item back to us
before contacting us or the delivery
company, your right to a replacement or
refund will be waived.
