How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service at 717-338-1850 for more information on returning an item. Thank you.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

   All returns or exchanges must be pre-authorized by the management of Regimental Quartermaster prior to the return
   Used items, clearance and closeout items cannot be returned or exchanged.
   CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.
   ALL FIREARMS SALES ARE FINAL!
   Items must be returned within seven (7) days of purchase in new, unused condition with the original sales receipt. Items that have been worn or used my not be return or exchanged, or may be returned on a pro-rated    basis at the sole discretion of the management.
   All sales of DVDs, PC games, CDs books or other electronic or print media are final.
   Returns are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.
   Shipping costs are not refundable. If the authorized return or exchange is due to an error on the part of Regimental Quartermaster then shipping cost will be covered by Regimental Quartermaster.
   Items damaged or destroyed in shipping are the responsibility of the carrier.
   Refunds will be given as store credit only, in the form of a gift certificate. No cash or credit card refunds will be given
   The ownership and management of Regimental Quartermaster, Gettysburg Emporium, Jeweler's Daughter and Arbor House reserve the right to change or alter the return policy at any time without notice.
