Enlisted Cavalry Gauntlets - White
Made from white leather, these enlisted men's gauntlets have with wide cuffs without embroidery. Available in small, medium, large and extra large sizes. Although
1861 Army Regulations do not mention the wear of gauntlets/gloves by
enlisted, many cavalry soldiers would procure these items through
private purchase. As per 1861 Army Regulations:
- 1502. For General Officers and Officers of the General Staff and Staff Corps-buff or white.
- 1503. For Officers of Artillery, Infantry, Cavalry, Dragoons, and Riflemen-white.
