Large First Lady Mary Ann Todd Lincoln Mourning Cockade
Mourning jewelry became popular in early Victorian America during the 19th
century. After the assassination of President Lincoln, the First Lady lived 17 more years before her death on July 16, 1882. Raven's Cockade uses a facsimile ferrotype Lincoln mourning button, black and red/white/blue ribbon, and a metal pin back.
